TRAINING PROGRAM REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds Policy

All purchases of custom fitness training plans from Dynasty Training are final. We do not offer refunds once a plan has been purchased.

2. Program Duration

Your training program commences on the first date indicated in your training calendar. For example, if you purchase a 3-month plan, the program will span exactly 3 months from the start date, irrespective of your participation or adherence to the workouts. It is your responsibility to engage with and complete the program within the specified timeframe.

3. No Pauses or Freezes

RETREATS REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing teamdynastytraining.com for your retreat experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.

 

24-Hour Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your booking within 24 hours from the time of purchase, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of the purchase price.

 

50% Refund Policy

Attendees can request a 50% refund up until 30 days prior to the start date. Our Isla Mujeres retreat is scheduled to start on January 30, 2024. This means that if you decide to cancel your booking for the Isla Mujeres retreat, you are eligible for a 50% refund as long as the cancellation is made on or before December 31, 2023. Any cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for the 50% refund.

 

Transfer of Booking

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you have the option to transfer your booking to someone else. Please inform us in advance if you wish to transfer your slot. Once we receive the necessary details of the new attendee, we will honor the transferred booking. This allows you the flexibility to sell or gift your slot to someone else if you cannot attend.

 

Forfeiture of Payment

Please be advised that if you fail to meet the requirements specified in each term and condition of our Refund Policy, you will forfeit your payment. This means that if your cancellation or request does not fall under any of the rules mentioned above, you will not be eligible for a refund, and the payment made will not be returned. We encourage all our customers to thoroughly review and understand our Refund Policy to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments.
